Outcome
Bitso Card launched in Mexico with an incremental release for a small sample of users, with more than 50k users on the waitlist. The cashback program had over 600 users unblocking the premium rate in a few months. Saddly the pandemic plus the Crypto bear market impacted the program. At the end of my adventure with Bitso, the card product team was preparing more rewards and discounts to keep users using digital and physical cards.
